My main role is to listen to your feelings and concerns carefully, and to create a safe space where we can build a working relationship based on trust, understanding and mutual respect. It is important that you feel listened to and supported during our work together.
People have come to me seeking counselling for many reasons: maybe they were stuck in an unhappy relationship or in life in general; other people were struggling with loss or with anxiety and depression ; others wanted to work on their self esteem and confidence.
From childhood through late adulthood there are moments when we may feel that we need help with emotional stress or discomfort. When you are experiencing these types of problems, you may benefit from the assistance of an experienced, trained and professional counsellor.
